Hey everyone, where the heck did December go?? When you find out can you please tell me!!! I feel like this month came and went faster then I wanted it to. Our house has been busy busy. School was keeping is busy as well as our two teenage boys. Marcus turned 13 on December 9th and Christopher will be 16 here in less then a week and a half. We have been trying to instill in our boys the importance of keeping track our your money and how much you spend!! They both received gift cards for Christmas as well as cash and well lets just say it burnt a hole in there pockets. If they didn't have the enough money right at that moment then they opted to get something else, that was not even close to what they originally wanted. I was like come on boys you only need to earn like ten more dollars and then you can get that. But no they had to buy something it was like if they didn't they would just keel over and fate cause they couldn't spend it. Oh well I tried and when they come and hit their dad and I up for the things that they originally wanted and couldn't wait to get it I will say sorry you could have gotten on your own and chose not to.
On a more joyous note we did have a great Christmas. Kristen and her two girls were with us and we all went out to my parents for supper. Chris and I picked up my grandma on our way out and it was so much fun. Dinner, gifts and laughter. Here are some pictures to look at from the holiday......
My mom and Chris have this on going joke that when she cuts her turkey on Thanksgiving, she uses her electrical knife and he considers that cheating. So mom felt it was a good gag gift that she get him one for Christmas!!!
Mom got some new fingerless gloves!! She loves those ones, that way she can still grip the steering wheel of the car.
Christopher getting some new stylish threads!!!
Chris and I got dad his favorite movie on DVD "As Good As It Gets" Ha sorry mom now he can watch it whenever he wants as much as he wants!!!
