So last night I tortured Chris and made him watch Julie and Julia. It's a movie about a girl who never finishes a project in which she starts, so she decides to cook everyday for one year and cook 524 receipts from Julia Childs cook book. Also she decides to post a daily blog about her cooking adventures. It was a really cute movie and inspired me to try to blog everyday. It's really hard ya know. Not like I'm a mom of toddlers and don't have the time, really I have no excuse. I give major kudos to moms of toddlers, who find the time to blog, how in the world do you do it?? My sister did however spark the idea in me to blog about teenage issues. I have two step-sons, one is 16 and the other is 13, so you all could imagine. For those of you who will be embarking on the teen years, if you need any advice feel free to call, I could give you some insight, well from what I have experienced. I wish I had a good story to tell you all today but to be perfectly honest I really don't have one. Just the normal teenage stuff: get in the shower, pack your lunch. Did you put on deodorant today??? For real the whole pit stick thing at the age of 16 is still an issue. When does that end??? If anyone out there knows please leave me a comment.

Other then that not to much has been going on. Work, kids and my loving husband to attend to. Oh I know!!! My sister has decided to give up refined sugar, she has inspired me to try to give up something. So I am attempting to give up white floured products, such as: white Potatoes, white flour pasta, white flour bread. I am going to trade them for whole wheat and/or whole grain, except for the white flour products in my lean cuisine's. Ah I found a picture of my favorite one, just thought I would share. It's totally out of this world

Thankful for: My health, I know I could be excersing more but there are way more people out there that are worse off.
Missing: My old High School friends, Crissy Bankston, Jenn Saltssman (Maw)
Looking forward: A Holiday alone with my husband someday
