2 cups of frozen spinach. Thawed, drained and squeezed of any excess water
1 tbs garlic
3/4 red onion chopped

1tbs olive oil
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tbsp ground stone mustard.
1 cup mushrooms quartered
In a saute pan add olive oil, garlic and red onion. Saute for about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and mustard. Cover and cook until you can squish the tomatoes.
This is so yummy and you will end up eating the whole thing. I did haha. I work at Haggens in the morning and then off to the salon. Today I got back to the gym and

it felt great. I just have to tell myself that as much as I really want the number to go down on the scale, I am going to just be healthy, and stay in shape and if I lose weight along the way then hey that would be rad.
